@#Heibu Yaogao (ointment), which made of Galla chinensis, Scolopendra, etc., is a commonly used hospital preparation with definite clinical efficacy, yet its material basis has not been fully clarified.By ultra-high performance liquid chromatography with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS), the chemical constituents of Heibu Yaogao (ointment) and its crude drug mixture were qualitatively analyzed, and the differences of components before and after preparation were discussed.Scanned by electrospray ionization (ESI) source in positive and negative ion modes, a total of 73 compounds were identified via precise molecular weight, characteristic fragment ions and chromatographic retention time.57 and 65 compounds were detected in crude drug mixture and Heibu Yaogao (ointment) respectively, including tannins, phenolic acids, nucleosides, amino acids, etc.In the process of preparation, the chemical structure changes are mainly concentrated in tannins.The change of components of Heibu Yaogao (ointment) before and after processing were proved by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS, which provides important reference for elucidating the material basis of Heibu Yaogao (ointment), illustrating the rationality of preparation technology and further promoting the quality control of the preparation.
ABSTRACT
Objective To study the platelet inhibition rate of foreign clopidogrel,domestic clopidogrel,combined domestic clopidogrel and tongxinluo and their effct on major adverse cardiovacular events (MACE) after PCI.Methods Two hundred and twenty patients after PCI were divided into foreign clopidogrel treatment group (n=77),domestic clopidogrel treatment group (n=80),combined domesticclopidogrel and tongxinluo treatment group (n =63).The high platelet reactivity (HPR) in 3 groups was detected by thrombelastography after PCI.The incidence of MACE in 3 groups was compared.Results The incidence of left anterior descending branch lesion was lower,the number of sacculi was smaller,and the incidence of HPR was higher in foreign clopidogrel treatment group than in domestic clopidogrel treatment group and combined domestic clopidogrel and tongxinluo treatment group after PCI (63.6％ vs 87.5％ vs 77.8％,P=0.002;2.3±1.1 vs 2.8±1.4 vs 2.7±1.5,P=0.026;24.7％ vs 21.3％ vs 11.1％,P=0.030).The incidence of HPR was significantly higher in foreign clopidogrel treatment group than in combined domestic clopidogrel and tongxinluo treatment group (24.7 ％ vs 11.1％,P =0.040).No significant difference was found in the incidence of MACE in 3 groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The incidences of MACE of domestic clopidogrel and foreign clopidogrel are similar.Combined clopidogrel and tongxinluo can improve the platelet inhibition rate after PCI.

Building a professional clinical research team inside hospitals is in favor improving their research abilities,accelerating the clinical discipline construction,improving their comprehensive influence.Also it fits the objective of general hospital development under gate-keeping system.Now in domestic,the percentage of professional research staff in large hospitals accounts was much less than the international level.The main reasons included the misunderstanding of constructing the research-oriented hospitals,insufficient human resources enrollment,less attractive environment to the highlevel researchers and the absence of relevant degree training programs.To enhance the construction of research-oriented hospitals,it's of key importance to build the professional research team in hospitals.Besides,the hospital has to update management conception,broaden the channels of talent cultivation,grasp the development of the subject accurately and interact with the basic medicine and public health subject,increase the financial investment and perfect the relevant management regulations.
ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the relationship between the posttraumatic growth in cancer patients and patients' quality of life. Methods 123 cancer patients were measured with posttraumatic growth inventory (PTGI) and EORTC QLQ-C30. Means and standard deviations were used to describe the domain and the range change of posttraumatic growth. Correlation and multiple linear regression analysis were conducted to explore the relationship between the patients' posttraumatic growth and their quality of life. Results 4 of 5 factors in PTGI showed significant positive change, including connection with others [(28.17±7.97) scores], new possibilities [(16.15±6.06) scores], personal strength [(15.42±4.69) scores], and appreciation of life [(11.51±3.80) scores], meanwhile, the spiritual change [(5.07±2.67) scores] had no significant growth. The sum of PTGI was related positively to the role function of the patients. New possibilities (r=0.193), personal strength (r=0.290) and appreciation of life (r=0.284) were correlated positively with global health status. Multiple regression analysis indicated that personal strength (β=0.373, t=3.66) and appreciation of life (β=0.322, t=2.99) could predict positively to global health status, however, relating to others predicted negatively to global health status (β=-0.396, t=-3.63). Conclusion Posttraumatic growth has been found in cancer patients, including some predicting factors of patients' quality of life, such as personal strength, life appreciation and relating to others.

Objective To establish an HPLC-DAD method for simultaneous determination of four ingredients in Gan Ba-wei capsule .Methods HPLC method was adopted with C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm ,5 μm) ,Acetonitrile as mobile phase A and water as mobile phase B in gradient elution mode . The detection wavelength was 240 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min .Results Salvianolic acid B reference substance was excellently linear in the range of 15.026~100.17 μg/ml ,the average recovery was 96.6% (n=6)and RSD was 1.8% (n=6) .Paeoniflorin reference substance was excellently linear in the range of 14.335~95.564 μg/ml ,the average recovery was 97.0% (n=6)and RSD was 1.7% (n=6) .Polydatin reference sub-stance was excellently linear in the range of 8.235-54.90 μg/ml ,the average recovery was 97.2% (n=6)and RSD was 1.8%(n=6) .Emodin reference substance was excellently linear in the range of 1.582 5-10.55 μg/ml ,the average recovery was 98.1% (n=6)and RSD was 1.7% (n=6) .Conclusion The method was easy ,accurate ,reproducible ,specific and without in-terference in negative control ,which could be used for quality control of Gan Bawei capsule .

Objective To study the thrombolysis effect and safety of UK combined with tirofiban in young patients with ST segement elevation acute myocardial infarction.Methods 76 young patients with ST segement elva-tion acute myocardial infarction were selected as research objects,and they were divided into UK group(control group, n =34)and UK combined with tirofiban group(observation group,n =42)by random number table,then the recanali-zation rate of infarct -related artery and incidence of complications were compared.Results The recanalization rate of infarct -related artery in the observation group was 97.6%,which was 91.2% in the control group,there was no significant difference between the two groups(χ2 =1.564,P >0.05);The vascular infarction related to blood flowⅡlevel of the patients was 90.5% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 70.6% in the control group(χ2 =4.945,P 0.05).Conclusion The thrombolysis effect of UK has a high recanaliza-tion rate of infarct -related artery in young patients with ST segement elevation acute myocardial infarction,and the thrombolysis effect of UK combined with tirofiban is better,and it does not increase the incidence of complications.

Objective To explore the reliability and validity of the Chinese revised version of the Intolerance of uncertainty scale(IUS).Methods A total of 930 college students completed the IUS.45 college students participated in the retest 3 weeks later.The self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and the self-rating depression scale (SDS) were used as criterions for assessment of the validity of the Chinese revised version of IUS.Results The Chinese revised version of IUS contained 21 items.Exploratory factor analysis found a two-factor model (negative belief and emotional experience,behavioral dysfunction and negative self-reference) with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 42.09％.And the results of Confirmatory factor analysis (x 2/df =2.82,GFI =0.90,TLI =0.90,CFI =0.91,RMSEA =0.065) indicated that this model provided a reasonable good fit for Chinese college students.The Cronbach α of internal consistency reliability were good for IUS and two subscales,which were 0.929,0.885 and 0.864,respectively.The test-retest reliabilities for IUS and two subscales were 0.782,0.766 and 0.714 respectively.The IUS scores were positively correlated with the scores of SAS and SDS (r =0.489 ～0.575,P ＜ 0.001).Conclusion It suggests that the Chinese revised version of IUS has good reliability and validity,which is qualified enough for relevant research and applications for Chinese adults.

Aim To investigate the potential role of desipramine(DP) on lipoplysaccharide（LPS）-induced acute lung injury(ALI)and the mechanism of its action.Methods Kunming mice were divided into four groups randomly:NS group(NS),DP control group(DP),LPS group(LPS)and DP treatment group(DP+LPS).The model of ALI in mice was induced by lipoplysaccharidel(LPS,10 mg·kg~(-1),ip).Six hours after LPS challenged,the lung samples were taken for determination of lung wet-to-dry weight ratio(W/D),myeloperoxidase(MPO)activity,and malondialdehyde(MDA)content.The bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)samples were analyzed for total protein concentrateion and white blood cell(WBC)count.The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in lung were measured by ELISA.Results LPS could significantly increase the total protein concentration and WBC number in BALF.The lung W/D ration,MPO activity,MDA content and the levels of TNF-α in lungs all increased after ip injection of LPS.Pretreatment with DP decreased all the changes induced by the LPS.Conclusion Pretreatment with DP protects lung from LPS-induced lung injury in mice,which is,at least in part,through inhibiting the level of TNF-α and decreasing the sequestration of neutrophils and lipid peroxidation.

Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the expression of mitochondrial motility-related gene mirol and mitochondrial energy metabolism during an acute bout of prolonged exercise. Methods CS7 BL/6 mice underwent a moderate intensity treadmill running with the slope of 0° and at the speed of 13m/min, and they were randomly divided into 5 groups:resting group(R),exercise groups running for 30min(E30),60min(E60),90min (E90) and 120min(E120),respectively. Respiratory control index and ATP synthesis activity in isolated mitochondria were detected. Skeletal muscle H_2O_2 concentration,mirol mRNA expressions were also measured. Results (1)mirol mRNA contents were significantly increased in groups E30 to E120,as compared with the group R;and mirol mRNA expression increased 32.8%, 107.6%,63.8% and 44.8% respectively in groups E30 to E120. (2)H_2O_2 contents of skeletal muscle were clearly increased in group s E30 to E120. (3)ATP synthesis activity elevated at 30 min of exercise and returned to the baseline thereafter,whereas respiratory control index without remarkable change in groups E30 to E120. Conclusion Muscular mirol mRNA expression significantly increased during 120min of exercise as compared with the resting status and thus facilitated the mitochondrial respiratory and ATP synthesis for matching the energy demand during exercise.

To explore the relationship between self-concept and mental health. Methods:398 middle school students were tested by SCL-90 and Song-Hattie Self-concept Scale. Results: The correlation coefficients between the total score of SCL-90 and academic self-concept, non-academic self concept and total self concept were -0.22, -0.21 and -0.23 respectively. Conclusion: Self concept was significantly correlated with mental health in middle school students.

OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method for the detection of Prednisone acetate, Hydrocortisone, Dexamethasone acetate, Piroxicam, Diclofenac sodium, Indometacin and Ibuprofen, the 7 chemical constituents in antirheumatic traditional Chinese medicine. METHODS: The chromatographic separation was performed on a Hypersil BDS C18 column (200 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) using methanol-1 g?L-1KH2PO4(58∶42) (adjusted to pH 4.0?0.05 with H3PO4) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1. The detective wavelength was set at 220 nm. RESULTS: Seven chemical constituents were all well-separated with good linearity within respective range of sample size. CONCLUSION: The method is rapid and convenient, and can be used for the quantitative and qualitative analyses of 7 chemical constituents in antirheumatic traditional Chinese medicine and to detect whether there is addition of chemical constituents in antirheumatic traditional Chinese medicines.
